From vacant unit to move-in ready.
Turnover cleaning and property support for apartments and townhouses that need more than a basic move-out clean—from routine resets to heavy-condition units, garbage removal, odour, sanitation and repair or refresh work where required.
- Serving the GTA since 2006
- Vacant apartments & townhouses
- One unit or multiple units

One unit can require several different services.
Deep Cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and interior surfaces.
Garbage Removal
Left-behind contents, debris and disposal.
Appliances
Interior and exterior cleaning where included.
Odour & Sanitation
Source-focused cleaning for difficult conditions.
Pest Preparation
Cleaning or removal before pest treatment.
Repairs & Refresh
Painting, drywall, flooring or upgrades where scoped.
Not every turnover is the same.
We build the scope around the condition of the vacant unit rather than forcing every turnover into the same package.
A standard vacant-unit clean should not be quoted or managed the same way as a unit with heavy debris, contamination, odour or pest-related preparation needs.
Standard Turnover
For a vacant unit that mainly needs a professional reset before the next occupancy.
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Floors and accessible surfaces
- Appliance cleaning where included
- Minor garbage removal
Heavy-Condition Turnover
For units with excessive soil, clutter, debris, odour or neglected surfaces.
- Deep cleaning and degreasing
- Garbage and contents removal
- Odour-source cleaning

Complex Turnover
For units involving pests, contamination, hoarding conditions or repair and refresh requirements.
- Pest-related preparation
- Specialized cleanup
- Repair or renovation scope where needed
- Coordination with other services
Build the turnover around the unit.
Open only the area you need. The approved quote defines exactly what Extreme Cleanup is responsible for before work begins.

Know what happens before work starts.
The goal is to avoid surprises for property staff, boards and building teams by defining the condition, scope and handoff upfront.
- 01
Assess the unit
Review condition, contents, sanitation, odour, pests and repair needs.
- 02
Define the scope
Separate cleaning, removal, pest coordination and repair items clearly.
- 03
Complete the work
Follow the approved turnover scope with building access and logistics coordinated.
- 04
Handoff the unit
Confirm completed work and identify anything outside the approved scope.
What property teams can expect.
Turnovers move quickly. Clear scope and communication matter just as much as the cleaning itself.
Defined scope
Know what is included before work begins.
Condition-based pricing
Standard and heavy-condition units are not treated as the same job.
Building coordination
Access, elevators, disposal and scheduling are planned around the property.
Clear communication
Property staff know what has been completed and what may still be required.
Documentation
Photos, findings and recommendations can support the completed scope where appropriate.
Cleaning + pest management + rewards.
A vacant turnover can involve more than one need. The services can connect without blurring which company is responsible for what.
Extreme Cleanup

Ready. A cleaner, clearer handoff for the next occupancy.
Not every unit needs renovation. Not every unit is a basic clean. The value is identifying what this specific turnover actually requires.
Before you book a turnover.
Keep answers operational and transparent so property staff can quickly determine what needs to be assessed.
Do you only do cleaning, or can you also handle repairs?
Cleaning and removal are core turnover services. Painting, drywall, flooring and other repair or refresh work can be included when specifically scoped and quoted.
Can you remove furniture and garbage left behind?
Yes. Left-behind material can be removed as part of the turnover when included in the approved scope.
What if the unit has cockroaches or bed bugs?
Complex turnovers include pest-related preparation, and we coordinate with Leap Pest Control for inspection, treatment and follow-up where needed.
Can you handle pet or other strong odours?
Heavy-condition turnovers include odour-source cleaning, sanitation and a detailed reset for units where the problem is more than visible dirt.
Can you service multiple vacant units?
Yes. The same service framework works for a single difficult vacancy or for turnovers across multiple buildings.
Do you provide a fixed turnover price?
Turnover cleaning is based on the actual unit condition. Heavy grease, contamination, excessive contents or restoration work can be priced separately rather than hidden inside a generic cleaning rate.
Let's get the next unit ready.
Send us the unit details or arrange a walkthrough. We'll separate the cleaning, removal, pest-related and repair needs into a practical turnover scope.
